Camposol is near Mazarron and the Mediterranean resort of Puerto De Mazarron in Murcia and within the Costa Calida coastal region of Spain. The Region of Murcia has the typical Mediterranean semi-arid subtropical climate: namely an average annual temperature of 18ºC, with hot summers and mild winters.

A Camposol holiday is ideally suited to the independent holiday maker. Car hire is therefore essential. The local commercial centre is a 15 minute walk (or 1 minute by car) away where there is a large supermarket with various shops, bars and restaurants.

The port of Mazarron is a 10 minute drive away where you will find fabulous beaches and fantastic restaurants all at superb prices.

For the golfers there are several courses in the area including the new Hacienda del Alamo course.

Approx 90 minutes drive away is the Terra Metica theme park with numerous rollercoasters and thrill rides. The beautiful resort of Mojacar (with its water park) is 60 minutes away.

The nearest airport is Murcia (served by Jet2) which is approximately 60 mins drive away. Alicante airport, which is served by EasyJet is an 80 min drive. Other reachable airports are Almeria (1 hour 40 mins - served by Aer Lingus) and Valencia (3 hours 30 mins - served by Aer Lingus and Ryanair).
